Beloved Lightworkers,
As each day goes by, know that you have successfully traversed the next step on your journey of Ascension and that you are now filling your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and etheric bodies with a greater Light. As this occurs, your physical bodies and emotions, especially, are affected and this takes its toll upon your energy fields. When this happens, take time out to rest and be good to yourselves. Try to equalize your thought processes and keep them as neutral as possible, for the moment you engage in a thought of a lower vibration, it inexorably begins to draw your focus to these lower levels and the dramas taking place around you. Surround yourselves with the pure White Light often throughout the day and before bedtime, all it takes is stating the intention and it is done.
This week will be one of great import as more of the great crystals that have lain dormant for millennia become activated once again. There will be Celestial alignments of great importance and significance and even greater energies, more potent and intense than ever before, will begin to inundate the atmosphere of Earth and all upon Her. These powerful energies will bring great cleansing and the bringing up of personal and World karma's will surface in the lives of all. You, the Lightworkers, have already been prepared to be at the forefront of this movement and many of you are now ready to move into the next phase, of integration with your Light Body, your Christ Self.
This will be a very interesting and intense time for all upon the Earth and indeed, the Earth Herself. Your Light and intentions each day, calling upon the Higher Forces of Light will aid greatly during the times ahead. As each person is touched by these great and powerful energies, this will initiate transformations at all levels and much depends upon the awareness level of each recipient of these energies, for the greater the awareness of what is occurring, the more equilibrium is maintained. Gather together in groups to pool your Light and energies and surround the atmosphere of Earth in a great circle of Light and send Love into this field so that, by intention, it touches each and every heart upon the Earth.
Love is the most powerful and mighty force in existence. Nothing can withstand its transformational abilities, for the heart, once touched by Love, is forever transformed. It will be challenging for all of you, because once the energy of Love touches every heart, all that does not resonate to this great power, begins to exit from your Beings and you will be feeling anxiety, stress, tension and extreme tiredness in the coming days. Hold firm to your Path and constantly remind yourselves that your ARE the Light and that you serve the Light. Sleep when the need overtakes you and listen to the promptings of your bodies. Drink plenty of water each day and find the time to sit or walk in Nature as this will help you ground these energies into the crystalline core and keep you and the Earth stabilized.
Remember to call upon us, we are ever ready to serve your needs.

The Summer Solstice like many other special occasions is one that brings with it a powerful out flowing of energy. It is particularly important at this time when you are being prepared for Ascension, as if you can integrate it into yourself it will uplift your level of vibrations. With each input of this nature you are increasing your level of consciousness, and cutting your links with the lower vibrations. With each step, your desire to reach the point where you can ascend comes so much closer. Those souls who see changes all around them, struggle to understand why it is happening. The incoming energies from many sources tug at their heartstrings, but often it ends in the creation of more confusion. However, nothing outside of you can force you to move into any particular direction, and it is your choice entirely. Some will prefer to remain where they are in spite of the negativity around them, and find solace in that which is familiar to them. Should a spark of love touch them deeply, they may nevertheless awaken to the sleeping giant within them.
Each soul has a Higher Self that endeavors to bring the truth to you, and is what you sometimes refer to as that little voice of your conscience. However, once you recognize your potential, you can tap your source of knowledge and understanding. If you so desire, the way will open for you to expand your consciousness, and before you know it your mindset will change. People often look outside of themselves for guidance, and it is appropriate when you first open up your mind. It is however advisable to check your understanding with your Higher Self, and do so when you have the opportunity to find those quiet and peaceful moments. Ultimately you are destined to again become a part of your Higher Self, which is the highest expression of the beautiful soul you really are.
Everything you have experienced still travels with you, and is reflected in your beliefs and understanding of life. At different times you have chosen to live a life in whatever culture or religion, that would give you the experiences necessary to expand your evolution. You have been black, white or any color that went with it, and that too has been an important part of your experiences. Do you not find it odd that you could have entered your present lifetime, with some bias against another being because of color or religion? Let us suggest that perhaps it comes about because you have had unpleasant experiences in an earlier lifetime. Ones that remain deeply etched in your subconsciousness, and need to be expunged so that you can move forward. If you identify with such problems for which you can find no apparent reason, try to analyze your feelings and consider that you may be looking at a reflection of yourself. Often in life your own shortcomings seem to be magnified, when you see them in another and you can be their sternest critic. Sometimes it is useful to see for yourself how you may appear to someone else.
Life is a learning curve where you look to find your path back to the enlightened Being you were, before you dropped down into the lower vibrations to experience duality. Separation from your Higher Self has left you exposed to the lower vibrations, and as a result some of you have lost your way. However, help is always on hand to reveal your true self, and awaken you to the love and Light within you. In the present period of time help has increased tenfold, and you will rise up again if that is your desire and intent.
Earthly matters move on even if very slowly, but there is now a sense of urgency where the Gulf Oil spill is concerned. It represents a world threat, which if unchecked and not stopped would leave you with repercussions for many years to come. Fortunately that will not be your experience, as other matters will take priority, such as Ascension. Therefore you can expect some action that will put a stop to the leak, so that the plan for your final upliftment can get under way. Have no doubt as to the outcome, as nothing will be able to stand in its way. We are an integral part of it, and you have our backing to ensure that disclosure and all that needs to follow it happens as planned.
As expected the people are more aware than ever before as to how they have been deceived. Now you are wiser and able to determine more easily when the truth is not being given to you. As a result the dark Ones get enmeshed in their own lies and are seen for what they really are. The worldwide financial problems are also a blow to their plans, and they know that eventually a total collapse will se them lose their power in the market place. The controls they had over many aspects of your life are being removed, and their future looks bleak. We see a time coming when our opportunity to remove them looks most likely, and rest assured we shall take it. The dark Ones can resign at any time, and are aware of the terms of surrender that give them some protection from the anger that people will feel. We of the Galactic Federation are not a lynch mob, and our ways still offer love and compassion to those who have been sucked into the mire of evil and negativity. Our view is that there is always hope where the spark of the soul Light still shines, even if it is but a glimmer of its true potential.
We have shown time and time again that we have moved beyond being judgmental, and there is no feeling whatsoever of wanting revenge against those who have controlled you and Mother Earth for so long. Duality does in fact allow expressions from both the dark and the Light, and that has formed your challenge to be overcome in the lower vibrations. Many have done so quite successfully, and they are leading the way for others by their example. Look to your spiritual leaders both past and present, and where you find those that preach love for all life you will find the perfect example. Is it not ever true “that by their works ye shall know them”. It has not changed over millennia of time, and you only have to look at teachers such as Jesus and the Buddha to see what we mean.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, motivated by love and a strong desire to see you all ascend, but I know you must be allowed your freewill choice, but there is no urgency as you are all in the Now. However, for the period that remains before Ascension, there is a lot to be achieved. Your troubles are going to distract you from your focus, if you engage them with too much emotion. So try to let go of them, and have faith that all will turn out as promised.

The heart chakra of a soul and person is such a sacred and precious energy; it is the centre of expression of the Creator’s light, consciousness and love. It is through the heart chakra that you are able to feel, sense and experience the love of the Creator in its numerous forms, as well as expressing the love of the Creator expansively and abundantly. The heart chakra of the Creator is the core energy of the Creator, it is where you may find the intense love that all desire to hold and experience. With focus and intention you can also retain the intense love of the Creator and your soul within your heart chakra as an abundant, generous, tender, healing and wise energy to emit or share with others. An awareness of your heart chakra and an alignment of your heart chakra with the Creator’s heart chakra can manifest a sacred existence that is pure and holy.
When healing is needed or a raise in energy vibration then it is to the heart chakra that you must place your focus and retain it to build the energy of love within the heart chakra, therefore allowing it to flow in abundance around the chakras, body, aura and into the soul. This allows a sacred space and existence of love to manifest that is both healing and inspirational. If we are able to recognise the heart chakra as a central tool of expression of the Creator’s energy we realise that the heart chakra holds and can wield a great deal of power and light. This power remains focused on love and high vibrations because of the natural purity and tenderness of the heart chakra. The heart chakra naturally holds and focuses on love so to experience any energy other than love causes the heart chakra a great deal of pain and therefore lowers the vibration of the person, causing distress or discomfort. Pain within the heart chakra can cause a disconnection with the Creator’s energy and light which may leave a person feeling lost or confused. When the heart is pure then we see a great deal of clarity and clear thought or understanding manifesting in the person’s reality which aids a deeper unity with the Creator. It is possible for a person to feel pain in their heart chakra, whether it is through emotional, mental, physical or spiritually associated pain, and still hold a high vibrational connection with the Creator. The pain acts as an alert that the potential of a complete connection at your current level of growth has not yet been obtained. It is important to be aware that there are numerous levels of complete connection; it is akin to embodying a complete vibration before discovering a new higher vibration of light and love.
When the heart chakra is active in your reality with a pure awareness, the heart chakra can almost exist as our conscious, seeking out the truth of the Creator, guiding us to light and away from negativity or anything that may cause us imbalance. The heart chakra has the ability to absorb an immense volume of love and pour it out in abundance and eternally, but as soon as an aspect of your energy becomes tainted by negativity or fear then the heart chakra’s ability becomes reduced and hindered, restricting the purity and expansiveness of the heart chakra and your divine connection to the Creator.
The heart chakra can be seen as the temple of the Creator within you or a chamber of love that is divinely aligned with the Creator’s soul. Many people experience pain and love in their heart chakras without realising or recognising their connection with the Creator, while others can progress along their spiritual path without recognising their heart chakra, its magnificence or ensure that their heart chakra remains closed due to fear. To awaken the natural ability and existence of your heart chakra will assist in your embodiment of the Creator’s soul and will aid your realisation of the illusion of separation.
For many, on awakening the heart chakra there can be a tremendous release of negativity and fears that have been held within the heart chakra restricting its expression of the Creator’s light. This is perfectly natural and should be allowed to take its course until the heart chakra feels lighter, more vibrant and strong on inspection. The process of release can be aided and assisted by asking for the Archangels of Love and Healing to pour their energy into your heart chakra to restore its natural balance and loving presence as well as assisting the heart chakra’s alignment with all chakras and aspects of your being.
At this stage an alignment with the Creator’s soul and heart chakra is needed as this will allow an expression and embodiment of the Creator’s energy within the physical body and reality to manifest. With the heart chakra open, aware and feeling a greater sense of freedom, one can ask for the light of the Creator from the heart chakra of the Creator of the most appropriate vibration to flow deep into your heart chakra. Every person will feel, sense, become aware of or acknowledge the light flowing into their heart chakra in different ways. It is appropriate to hold the intention of opening or surrendering your heart chakra to the light and love of the Creator knowing that you will be safe and secure at all times. To surrender is to allow yourself to relax completely into the blissful light of the Creator forming and building within your heart chakra, circulating within and around your entire being from this core loving expressive point of your being. Allowing yourself to experience this each day will assist in developing the awareness of your heart chakra, its power and ability to be a pure expression of the Creator’s light, love and consciousness. Allow a pure alignment with the Creator to form now, assisting your heart chakra in being the centre of your expression of all that is the Creator. It is from this existence that you will discover a greater connection with the Creator and the ability to exist as the Creator eternally while in a physical manifestation.

The heart chakra of a soul and person is such a sacred and precious energy; it is the centre of expression of the Creator’s light, consciousness and love. It is through the heart chakra that you are able to feel, sense and experience the love of the Creator in its numerous forms, as well as expressing the love of the Creator expansively and abundantly. The heart chakra of the Creator is the core energy of the Creator, it is where you may find the intense love that all desire to hold and experience. With focus and intention you can also retain the intense love of the Creator and your soul within your heart chakra as an abundant, generous, tender, healing and wise energy to emit or share with others. An awareness of your heart chakra and an alignment of your heart chakra with the Creator’s heart chakra can manifest a sacred existence that is pure and holy.
When healing is needed or a raise in energy vibration then it is to the heart chakra that you must place your focus and retain it to build the energy of love within the heart chakra, therefore allowing it to flow in abundance around the chakras, body, aura and into the soul. This allows a sacred space and existence of love to manifest that is both healing and inspirational. If we are able to recognise the heart chakra as a central tool of expression of the Creator’s energy we realise that the heart chakra holds and can wield a great deal of power and light. This power remains focused on love and high vibrations because of the natural purity and tenderness of the heart chakra. The heart chakra naturally holds and focuses on love so to experience any energy other than love causes the heart chakra a great deal of pain and therefore lowers the vibration of the person, causing distress or discomfort. Pain within the heart chakra can cause a disconnection with the Creator’s energy and light which may leave a person feeling lost or confused. When the heart is pure then we see a great deal of clarity and clear thought or understanding manifesting in the person’s reality which aids a deeper unity with the Creator. It is possible for a person to feel pain in their heart chakra, whether it is through emotional, mental, physical or spiritually associated pain, and still hold a high vibrational connection with the Creator. The pain acts as an alert that the potential of a complete connection at your current level of growth has not yet been obtained. It is important to be aware that there are numerous levels of complete connection; it is akin to embodying a complete vibration before discovering a new higher vibration of light and love.
When the heart chakra is active in your reality with a pure awareness, the heart chakra can almost exist as our conscious, seeking out the truth of the Creator, guiding us to light and away from negativity or anything that may cause us imbalance. The heart chakra has the ability to absorb an immense volume of love and pour it out in abundance and eternally, but as soon as an aspect of your energy becomes tainted by negativity or fear then the heart chakra’s ability becomes reduced and hindered, restricting the purity and expansiveness of the heart chakra and your divine connection to the Creator.
The heart chakra can be seen as the temple of the Creator within you or a chamber of love that is divinely aligned with the Creator’s soul. Many people experience pain and love in their heart chakras without realising or recognising their connection with the Creator, while others can progress along their spiritual path without recognising their heart chakra, its magnificence or ensure that their heart chakra remains closed due to fear. To awaken the natural ability and existence of your heart chakra will assist in your embodiment of the Creator’s soul and will aid your realisation of the illusion of separation.
For many, on awakening the heart chakra there can be a tremendous release of negativity and fears that have been held within the heart chakra restricting its expression of the Creator’s light. This is perfectly natural and should be allowed to take its course until the heart chakra feels lighter, more vibrant and strong on inspection. The process of release can be aided and assisted by asking for the Archangels of Love and Healing to pour their energy into your heart chakra to restore its natural balance and loving presence as well as assisting the heart chakra’s alignment with all chakras and aspects of your being.
At this stage an alignment with the Creator’s soul and heart chakra is needed as this will allow an expression and embodiment of the Creator’s energy within the physical body and reality to manifest. With the heart chakra open, aware and feeling a greater sense of freedom, one can ask for the light of the Creator from the heart chakra of the Creator of the most appropriate vibration to flow deep into your heart chakra. Every person will feel, sense, become aware of or acknowledge the light flowing into their heart chakra in different ways. It is appropriate to hold the intention of opening or surrendering your heart chakra to the light and love of the Creator knowing that you will be safe and secure at all times. To surrender is to allow yourself to relax completely into the blissful light of the Creator forming and building within your heart chakra, circulating within and around your entire being from this core loving expressive point of your being. Allowing yourself to experience this each day will assist in developing the awareness of your heart chakra, its power and ability to be a pure expression of the Creator’s light, love and consciousness. Allow a pure alignment with the Creator to form now, assisting your heart chakra in being the centre of your expression of all that is the Creator. It is from this existence that you will discover a greater connection with the Creator and the ability to exist as the Creator eternally while in a physical manifestation.
