"Each Moment Is A Moment Of God"
Dear Ones,
When you find yourselves in moments of indecision, know that you are in a perfect Now Moment, a moment in which a spiritual test and lesson is being presented to you. In each Now Moment, you have the choice to make the most of this Now Moment and choose the path of highest light and make the choice to learn the lesson and pass the test. Each day lessons and tests are presented, large and small, and it is in the passing of these tests and lessons that you make spiritual progress on your path. Progress is slow and steady when you do this. You may see it as being a turtle slowing moving along on the path, while the hare runs around, bounding from side to side, without focus and direction. It is the turtle which ultimately wins the race, through dedication and perseverance. This, Dear Ones, is where the analogy ends, as you are not in a race to win, you are on a sacred journey. Your spiritual path will take you all the way to the God Source, and then you will begin a new and glorious undertaking. Let us focus in your Now Moment, so that you may begin to recognize that your spiritual growth occurs every moment in the Now Moment. You must be vigilant and monitor your thoughts and actions, treating all others with kindness without exception. You must remain to the best of your ability in your Sacred Heart Center.
You are here, Dear Ones, to create heaven on earth. Creating heaven on earth begins with creating heaven within your Selves. You must be right with your Self. You must be right with your relationship to your God Self, and you must balance your four bodies, so that you move into harmony and experience ease and grace, in your day to day life. When you have accomplished this, your world will change dramatically as each one of you radiates the Love of the Sacred Heart, joy, peace, and harmony. You cannot have peace upon your earth until each of you holds the vibration of peace with your Self. You cannot have joy and harmony upon your Mother Earth, until each of you holds these vibrations within your Self and radiate these vibrations out to Mother Earth and all life forms. As more and more of you hold the thought forms for peace and harmony and radiate unconditional Love to the earth and all life forms, your world will transform in the "blink of an eye". This, Dear Ones, begins in the Now Moment, in every thought form you hold and send forth. Every thought form affects all life and Mother Earth. In every Now Moment you have the ability to radiate thought forms which lift up all life or you have the ability to radiate thoughts forms which lower the vibration of collective consciousness. You are more powerful than you know, Dear Ones. You must be mindful, and increase your dedication and your diligence, your vigilance.
Each moment is a Moment of God, and those who understand and incorporate the knowing of this are able to more clearly see the overall expansion of consciousness, as each moment is a moment of eternity. Each moment is The All, it is the eternal past, present, and future, it is the All That Is, it is God. Every step you take physically, every thought you think, every action you perform, are all activities in service to the Divine. When you are at your daily job, when you are cooking dinner, when you help a child with homework, every moment is a Divine Moment, in service to God. When you approach life this way, you are living in your Sacred Heart Center every moment and every moment is a Holy Moment. It is a Moment of God. You do not stray from your God consciousness, no matter what you are doing.
There are those of you who believe that you are in connection with God only when you are meditating. You are in connection with the God Source, your inner Divine Self, in every Now Moment. Strengthen this connection, Dear Ones. No matter what activity you are performing, see it as a Moment of God. See every encounter with another being as an encounter with the God Source. You must understand that every soul on the planet is an incarnation of God, even as most are not aware of it. Each soul is on their path and all will ascend. You cannot know what path each soul has chosen, but you can interact with each being in Love and compassion, yet you must hold your personal power and maintain your boundaries. You must use your spiritual discernment at all times. See all life forms as incarnations of God, and honor them. In this way you will become harmless and will greatly lift up the vibrations of all around you, your community and the earth.
You are in a great cosmic moment of opportunity. You have each chosen to incarnate at this time so that you could assist in the ascension process and bring forth the piece of the puzzle that is unique to you. As you clear and harmonize your four bodies more and more, you will find that your inner wisdom and knowledge will become more and more easily available to you. You will find that you are radiating your piece of the puzzle forth to the planet as you become strong and secure in the knowing of your Divine service, your piece of the puzzle. Your Divine service will make your heart sing. It is unique to you, Dear Ones.
We of the higher realms are here to guide and assist you, as you each bring your Divine mission to the earth and create heaven on earth, as you have been waiting to do for so long. You must ask for our assistance, as we cannot help you unless you ask.

How can you assist us to see conflicted relationships as supportive relationships?
Blessed Ones, your relationships offer many pearls of wisdom and many spiritual tests and lessons to both you and the ones with whom you are in relationship with. For you to have a supportive relationship with another, you must approach each relationship in this way. Every relationship is a supportive relationship. Every relationship will assist you to grow in your understanding, your wisdom and your personal power, if you will allow it. Each relationship is a mirror of the lessons and the spiritual growth you are in the process of integrating. For the other person, it is so also, as you will each mirror to the other, the lessons and tests which harmonize within the relationship to enhance your learning experience. Each relationship may become supportive for each person when you will understand this, and you will approach each interaction in the allowing and acceptance of your lessons and tests.
You must have the understanding that you are also assisting the other in gaining wisdom and spiritual growth. Allowing this relationship to present these lessons and tests will bring you clarity within the relationship, and harmony where there may have been none. You have the responsibility to be supportive to the other person, as many are in victim consciousness. When you are aware of this, as you hold a higher vibration, you must stand in your integrity and you must intentionally hold the higher vibrations. It is your responsibility as a Master to be in truth, and assist the other, when you are aware they are in victim consciousness. Sometimes, it is as simple as giving no response, as a response which "pushes their buttons", is a response which continues their belief in their status as a victim. Hold the vibration of love and you will assist them as greatly as you are able to, and you will have responded in the way of a Master. You will have enhanced your spiritual growth also.
How can you assist us to remain in love and neutrality, rather than judgment?
Dear Ones, when you are in judgment, you are not right with Self. You are projecting onto another that which you are out of balance with, within Self. Practice through deep breathing, and repeating the word, "neutrality". This practice will assist you into peace and harmony, all being of much the same vibration. Neutrality is a great gift to assist you as you interact with another. Holding the intention to remain in neutrality will allow you to set aside your own beliefs. You are more able to remain in the love of your Sacred Heart when you are able to hold the vibration of neutrality. This, Dear Ones, is a great tool to assist you in your relationships.
Beloved Masters and Teachers, what other wisdom would you like to offer at this time, to assist us in our relationships?
Dear Ones, see the potential within another. See this blessed potential within each soul you are in relationship with. See the potential for each person to be the Master Soul they came here to learn how to be. See them as already having achieved this, as you see yourself already having achieved this. You are each a Master Soul, realizing this potential within you now. Each soul is an incarnation of God. Approach your interactions with others in the way. See the God Self in all others. See the God Self in yourself. It can be most difficult to see this in others that you have the closest relationships with, as these relationships are so "charged" with your beliefs about yourself and your beliefs and preconceived thoughts about how the other will respond and act. Release these preconceptions, and open to the new potential of allowing the other to respond from their God Self. Hold the vibration of Love and you will assist them to respond in this way and you will assist yourself to respond from your highest potential.
Your relationships provide you with the greatest opportunity for spiritual growth. You may achieve and integrate a renewed understanding, wisdom, and belief in your own potential to expand into the Master consciousness, when you allow the vibration of this potential to permeate into your relationships. Set aside preconceived beliefs and expectations and see yourself and all others, as God assisting God, to know God.
And finally, love each other, Dear Ones. It is what you came here to do. You came here to love. Within this love you will, within your intentions of releasing negative, low vibrations, achieve the mastery that you came here to realize. Embrace yourselves and all others, the earth, and all life forms in the vibrations of love. It is your potential. It is the potential of all life forms. Every life form on earth responds to the vibrations of love. Be this vibration, Dear Ones, you will transform yourselves, the earth, and all life.
We are the Ascended Masters. Our love surrounds you and we are here to assist you to be Love. Call on us. We will assist you to raise your vibrations to the vibrations of Love.

A Dialog Via The Akashic Records

What wisdom can you offer to us to assist us, when we feel "stuck" in all areas of our lives, and unable to move forward?
Blessed Ones, The challenges are coming to you so quickly, it is most understandable that many of you are discouraged, and many of you are feeling unable to move forward. We ask you to "stop and smell the roses", stop and bring yourself back into your Sacred Heart. Cease what you are doing that is distressing you and simply take time to allow forgiveness. Allow forgiveness for yourselves. We cannot stress this enough. When you are so hard on yourselves, and unwilling to forgive yourselves, you only perpetuate more of what is causing you to feel "stuck" in the first place. Forgiving yourselves will release so much of the distorted vibrations that are causing you to be unable to move forward. As you forgive yourselves, you are able to return once again to the vibration of love. Self love, Dear Ones. We cannot tell you enough, that you must keep returning to self love and you will find that all solutions will be found to what it is that is keeping you from moving forward. The vibration of judgment and lack of forgiveness for yourselves, are vibrations which hold you in your ego body. You raise your vibrations as you return to the vibration of love of self. The vibration of love is the vibration which will most greatly assist you in finding solutions. You have been told often, that the solution is always found at a higher vibration than the problem which you are seeking to solve. This is great wisdom for you to remember and will assist you in once again moving forward Apply this to all areas of your lives, Dear Ones, and your path will once again be cleared and lightened and your way will be clear to move forward once again.
As we ask you to "stop and smell the roses", you will find you will be able to do so, when you have returned to the vibration of love. Seek joy, Dear Ones, seek joy and love and remember that this lifetime will be completed in a short moment of eternity. Do you want to live this life in pain and suffering or do you want to live it in love and joy? It is a choice that each of you must make and we give you this information to guide you in accessing love and joy.
Take the time to be in nature, as the grounding influence of your mother earth and the nature spirits will assist you in returning to the love within your Sacred Heart. Lie down upon your mother earth and feel yourselves sink within her loving embrace as she allows you to let go of all that does not serve you, and she absorbs it within her loving embrace. Feel yourselves sink down into her soil and release all that has brought forth your feelings of being "stuck". Release it, and lay in the embrace of mother earth and become aware of the nature devas and spirits all around you, loving you, assisting you, embracing you, if you will let them. Quiet moments in nature will do much to refresh you in your daily lives.
Take this time, Dear Ones, take a salt bath, light a candle, take a long walk, do what pleases you, when you find yourselves unable to move forward. For those of you who feel you do not have the time to do this, we ask you, how much time are you wasting being in your lack of forward movement? We assure you, you do have the time. You will renew and refresh yourselves, and rejuvenate yourselves. And finally, take particular time to meditate within the love of your Sacred Heart. Feel this love, be this love. You complete the circle as you had moved away from the love of your Sacred Heart, and now you will be able to move back into the love of your Sacred Heart.
How can you assist us to clear repetitive behavior patterns which we see in ourselves, but have been unable to change or transmute?
Dear Ones, this messenger has an analogy which was given to her, to assist her in recognizing behavior patterns which did not serve her. It is an analogy which also allowed her to see the humor in these situations. When you find yourselves repeating a behavior pattern which does not serve you, see the visualization of a juke box, and you may assign a number to the particular behavior. When you find yourself bringing forth the behavior which does not serve you, see the juke box in your mind, see the button associated with this behavior being pushed, and you may see the juke box jumping up and down and side to side as its "buttons" are pushed. We hope this bit of humor will assist you in seeing behaviors you would like to change, as they come forth in your life. And the humor may assist you in the moment, to lighten up and shift the behavior.
Dear Ones, you take yourselves so seriously. If you could see yourselves as we see you, you would not be so serious. You are divine, glorious, beings of light, of a magnificence that you are unable to see, or comprehend. We ask you to know that it is so, and you have all the gifts, talents and abilities to transcend all that does not serve you.
What other wisdom would you like to offer regarding clearing repetitive behavior patterns?
We ask you to intensify your use of the Violet Flame. Identifying the patterns that you choose to release is such a great stride toward moving forward. When you are honest with yourselves and do the self inquiry work needed to help you move forward, you are living in the truth and integrity which will assist you toward forward movement. Self inquiry is of great importance in moving forth. Identify the behavior patterns which are keeping your from a higher truth. Call on the Violet Flame, call on St Germaine, Lady Portia, Archangel Zadkiel, Lady Amethyst, and call on all the angels of the Violet Flame, who are here to assist you in working with the Violet Flame. Call forth your I Am Presence, to active the Violet Flame. The Violet Flame will come forth from the higher realms, and it will come forth to you from within the earth. The Violet Flame will then blaze forth through your Sacred Heart. It is as if you are surrounded in a whirlwind of this cool and transforming flame. You will not be given more than you are able to use, and when you intensify your use of the Violet Flame, you will be given more. Daily, use the Violet Flame. Each time you find yourselves in one of the repetitive behavior patterns you would like to change, transmute it with the Violet Flame. Throughout the day, breathe the Violet Flame, send it down into the earth as a gift, and bring it back up and out through your Sacred Heart center, front and back, in the form of the infinity sign, as you exhale. Breathe it out to the earth, humanity and all life forms. Fill yourselves with the Violet Flame and intend that you carry the Violet Flame in your field at all times, and as you breathe in and out, that you send it out to earth and al life forms. You will be given more as you use the Violet Flame to transform yourselves and assist all others around you.
There is an ebb and flow, as you integrate that which you have learned and that which is being presented to you, to learn. Allow yourselves, to move within the ebb and flow. Your ebb and flow is also affected by the planetary bodies and astrological events. As you become aware of this, it will assist you, as you understand that there are greater forces at work in the Divine plan, and the Divine blueprint has many intricate workings which affect each and every one of you. Know that you cannot always be aware of the nuances of that which is occurring in the ascension process. Return to the love within your hearts, always, Dear Ones, and you will be able to flow in the divine timing, and the ebb and flow of the universe.

There is an ebb and flow, as you integrate that which you have learned and that which is being presented to you, to learn. Allow yourselves, to move within the ebb and flow. Your ebb and flow is also affected by the planetary bodies and astrological events. As you become aware of this, it will assist you, as you understand that there are greater forces at work in the Divine plan, and the Divine blueprint has many intricate workings which affect each and every one of you. Know that you cannot always be aware of the nuances of that which is occurring in the ascension process. A Meditation Within The Human Matrix"
Beloved Ones,
Time in your third dimension, is seen as linear. It is an illusion which hinders many of you from your Divine purpose, and your focus within your Sacred Heart. Many of you spend your “time” within the parameters of your past and your future, recreating the past and bringing it into your Now, through your focus upon it. Many of you spend your “time” placing your focus upon your future, thereby lessening the power of creation that you have in your Now. It is in your Now that you have Divine power and this is the moment in which you must hold your focus. Create in the Now. Hold your focus in the Now. The Now encompasses past, present, and future. All is happening in one Now Moment. All your lives are happening and being lived in this Now Moment. As you heal your past, you have the ability to rewrite and rescript your past. As you understand that which you came forth to experience, and learn and accept the spiritual wisdom and lessons and tests that you have been and are being presented with, you change and rewrite your past. You have this ability, as the All That Is, is ever expanding, it is malleable, it is fluid, and you, as cocreators with the God Source, have the ability to recreate past, present, and future in the Now Moment.
Spend time in meditation, feel the power of all that you are, in this Divine Now Moment. Expand your senses and awareness, to encompass past, present, and future. Set the intention that you observe, and the experiences and emotions are as if upon a movie screen. You need not experience them in this Now. Expand the matrix of you. It is an aspect of you that is a great latticework, an energetic oval, which surrounds you as the Divine light flows into your crown chakra like a fountain, flowing into your matrix. The light flows out the base of your matrix and flows up the sides and returns as a fountain, into your matrix, into your crown chakra. Feel this flow and visualize your matrix. Beloved Ones, breathe deeply and flow the light and know that within your matrix is every experience, every life, past, present, and future, that is you. Breathe deeply and integrate this knowing. Sit quietly and feel this in every aspect and facet of your being. Breathe deeply and understand that you may rewrite all that you have lived, all that you have experienced. It is possible Dear Ones. In this Now Moment, place your awareness in your matrix, feel the presence of your matrix and expand it to fill the room you are sitting in. Your matrix is quite large. You reduce it in size as you live your physical life, so that you may easily move around. Expand your matrix now, and feel the beauty, the Godliness of your matrix.
Now examine your matrix. See where there is darkness within your matrix; see the shadows, the blemishes. These, Beloved Ones, are imperfections from past, present and future, which you may now transmute. Call upon the imperfections of all your past lives, this present life and imperfections of the future. Call upon all that no longer serves you in any lifetime; call upon all the lower aspects of the seven Rays and your seven chakras, which are within your matrix. Call upon all negativity that is hindering you from being and expressing that which you came forth to be; God in the physical form. You need not experience any of that which you call forth. Now set the intention to follow the imperfections back to Source, back to your initial creation as a cell of God, back to what you call separation. There is in truth, no separation. There is only that which you perceive as separation. You are the God Source in the eternal Now, in what you perceive as your past, present, and future.
Now, Beloved Ones, call upon your Mighty I Am Presence and activate the Violet Flame. Call in the Violet Flame to stream down from above, to blaze forth from your Sacred Heart, and to stream up from Mother Earth, filling and surrounding you and your matrix, like a whirlwind. Send a stream of the Violet Flame into the earth as a gift. Breathe and begin to flow the Violet Flame in through your crown chakra, filling you, your field, and your matrix, and flowing out at the bottom and up the sides of your matrix and back in the top, as a fountain. Feel the flow as you lovingly ask the Violet Flame to transmute all that is within your matrix, past, present and future, that no longer servers your highest good and the highest good of all. See the Violet Flame transmute all the dark areas, clearing and cleansing, as you send the Violet Flame through your matrix. Send the Violet Flame all the way back to the God Source. Transmute the illusion of separation, Dear Ones. Breathe deeply, and allow the Violet Flame to cleanse and clear your matrix and every aspect and facet of you, back to the God Source.

Draw in the 12 Rays of God, the personality of God, bringing in the exact qualities of each needed to complete self mastery. Bring in the exact quantities of each, which will bring you to ease and grace, love and joy, in the past, present, and future. Bring in just the right amounts to balance your four bodies, and be the personality of God. You are God. You are unconditional love, you are wisdom, you are abundance, you are peace, joy, harmony. Beloved Ones, there are many layers of cleansing and clearing for each of you, as you climb the spiritual ladder. Depending upon your acceptance, your desire, and your willingness, you may experience a deep and profound transformation through this meditation. Please explain the capacity in which you have served, through the evolution of earth and humanity.
Beloved and blessed ones, your evolution has been greatly impeded and hindered through the fall of humanity into the density of the lower expression of the desire body. Your evolution has been interfered with, throughout your existence on earth, by others who have had their own desires and control of humanity in the forefront.
These beings have come to you in sheep's clothing, offering you salvation, yet ultimately it was control of earth and control of you which they sought. My position as your Planetary Logos has been to maintain continuity, maintain consistency in the light as greatly as I have been capable of accomplishing, even as humanity brought forth the lower expressions of their outer personalities.
My position has been to support the earth in her evolution, to embody the earth with my great and wondrous field which has encompassed and surrounded earth and humanity for millions of years. I have held each one of you and the earth in the cradle of my arms, my body, my great and expansive field. I have supported you, and held you in the physical expression so that you would not burn out your circuitry and the circuitry of mother earth. You have come close on occasion, to the destruction of your planet and yourselves and the loss of your planet as your school, the place of your evolution. You have come close dear ones, yet through the assistance of all those of the higher realms and the stability within the auric field of the earth, and my embodiment of this stability within the earth's form, the destruction has been averted.
Imagine the vastness of your earth and all souls upon her. My essence has held form and enfolded the earth and all souls upon her. My love is within your soul, my love is within the heart and soul of the earth, as it is within your heart. You have asked for the expansion of the heart, and you have asked for a greater understanding of your place in the Cosmos. You have asked to return to your place in the Cosmos, and this, dear ones, is occurring now. There will be no Armageddon. There will be no great and all powerful destruction of your planet. Through the love and the outpouring of support in the heart of you, humanity, you will make the transition into the higher realms with as much ease and grace, as each of you decide will be your reality.
The Armageddon that you have so often spoken, is the Armageddon between the human lower desire body and the love and the joy of the incorporation of your soul self and your monadic Presence. Your Armageddon which you each have experienced will fall away as you choose to no longer have this experience.
I am no longer your Planetary Logos, yet I am still very deeply and profoundly a part of your evolution and assist the Buddha as he moves forth in his position as the Planetary Logos. It is for this reason, that this messenger has chosen and been guided, to speak with me.
Dear Ones, each of you are consciousness. You are individual, and you are one consciousness with the Whole. The power of your thoughts and your love and your great desire to return to balance and harmony, and to assist the earth in love and joy, is the catalyst to bring you forth into the new age. You must continue all your efforts and intensify them, to assist your dear earth as she releases the lower vibrations and the pain and suffering that she has so bravely allowed humanity to release into her very Being.
Your beloved mother earth has taken on much for you, dear ones, and now your must assist her in releasing it, and you must not continue as a mass consciousness to fill her with the destructing frequencies of the lower third dimension. Your earth is most gracious and most accommodating in assisting those of you with the sincere desire to release that which no longer serves you, and all humanity and creation. She will lovingly take on the lower vibrations that you release, as you ask for her assistance. With great love she will support you and transmute these vibrations for you.
Your mother earth is well into forth density and can no longer absorb the mass consciousness of third density. This is where you must assist her, as you send out the love light and the Violet Flame to transmute these lower densities so your earth does not have to take on this transmutation. This is the most great and joyous assistance you can provide to your earth at this time. You will assist your earth in moving through her transition with more ease and grace and you will assist her to be able to move through earth changes which are necessity for her passage into the higher realms. The earth changes have been predicted to have been of great devastation, yet through your continued dedication to assist your earth, you have averted the tragedy of the destruction of your planet and you have averted the tragedy of great unnecessary devastations.
I have embodied your planet and all of you dear ones, regardless of your level of growth. Each one of you is beloved, and has been enfolded in my auric field, my body and my heart through all your existence upon your earth. I have been with you through the sequence of time, holding the Heartbeat of the Cosmos in place within earth and each one of you, for the time when you would be ready to acknowledge that you are the Cosmic Heartbeat. Dear ones, the time is upon you, and I am here with you all, in the love and the joy of this momentous time.
Please explain how you are evolving now.
Dear ones, your evolution is ever changing and always expanding, as you will so joyously experience, as you each return to the light and love of your Sacred Hearts and allow the Heartbeat of the Cosmos to expand within you. I too, am ever expanding and embody the cosmic heartbeat as I move forth on my evolution, in training to become a Solar Logos. How great is the expansion as I move forth on this joyous path. It is the path of embodying a solar system, of knowing and supporting and being the very essence of the intricate workings of this solar system. There are many solar systems ready to receive new Solar Logos, as the natural progression of the expansion of consciousness, allows those who have held this position to move forth in their growth and evolution.
All the beloved ones, the Ascended Masters who have been with you and assisted you through the third density, have held their evolution in check, to stay here with you, beloved ones, to assist you to move out of the density. Now, as you move forward and release yourselves from this density, these great Beings of light are also able to move forward in their evolution, even as they are here assisting you.
The flow, the ebb of the Source consciousness is ever changing, ever in movement, and the movement into the light has been essential, as consciousness is always growing and expanding. A static position is not possible, and the time had come to move forth into the light. Any further downfall of vibrations for humanity would have created the demise which you have experienced in your past civilizations. This time the cycle has come to completion and your forward movement into the expansion of the Cosmic Heartbeat is now assured. The Cosmic Day must be fulfilled and you, dear ones, must return to your Source and fulfill the Cosmic Day as the Plan was intended.
The intention of the Plan has always been for you to return to Source. The Plan was never for you to fall away from the light into utter darkness. The reversal of the downfall has been created and now blessed ones, you are returning to your place in the light of your eternal God Selves. As I move forth on my path, I embody a great expanded consciousness and I am here with you also, to assist you, when you call on me. I have never left you, as my evolution and yours go hand in hand.
What other wisdom do you have to offer?
Dear Ones, we are one consciousness. We are individualized expressions of this consciousness, and you, blessed souls, have free will to create that which you desire. Choose to create your return to the light. Choose to create the love, the joy, the abundance, the peace and harmony, which each one of you so desire. Choose to assist your earth to return to the state of being, as the Garden of Edon, which she once was. Choose to live in peaceful coexistence with the animal, the plant, and the mineral kingdoms. Take not lives; take not the minerals of mother earth in use for greed and devastation of others. Take instead, the cosmic wisdom which is being offered to you to assist you in creating your new reality, the new golden age which you are entering. Be bold and bring forth the new expressions for energy, which are being offered to you through the Cosmic Wisdom. This wisdom has been placed within the ethers surrounding your earth so that you may tap into it, those brave souls who are willing to bring it forth.
All the information you need to create energy to support all, in loving harmony, without the depletion of earth's resources, is available to you for the asking. There is no further need for the destruction of your earth's resources. And all may be abundantly supplied with that which they need for an abundant and joyful life existence. You were not meant to scrape and "get by." Your basic need of food, shelter, and clothing, were always abundantly available to you through the technology which has always been available to you. Bring it forth, use it, and your world will change so greatly for the better.

I have been with you through the sequence of time, holding the Heartbeat of the Cosmos in place within earth and each one of you, for the time when you would be ready to acknowledge that you are the Cosmic Heartbeat. Dear ones, the time is upon you, and I am here with you all, in the love and the joy of this momentous time.
Please explain how you are evolving now.
Dear ones, your evolution is ever changing and always expanding, as you will so joyously experience, as you each return to the light and love of your Sacred Hearts and allow the Heartbeat of the Cosmos to expand within you. I too, am ever expanding and embody the cosmic heartbeat as I move forth on my evolution, in training to become a Solar Logos. How great is the expansion as I move forth on this joyous path. It is the path of embodying a solar system, of knowing and supporting and being the very essence of the intricate workings of this solar system. There are many solar systems ready to receive new Solar Logos, as the natural progression of the expansion of consciousness, allows those who have held this position to move forth in their growth and evolution.
All the beloved ones, the Ascended Masters who have been with you and assisted you through the third density, have held their evolution in check, to stay here with you, beloved ones, to assist you to move out of the density. Now, as you move forward and release yourselves from this density, these great Beings of light are also able to move forward in their evolution, even as they are here assisting you.
The flow, the ebb of the Source consciousness is ever changing, ever in movement, and the movement into the light has been essential, as consciousness is always growing and expanding. A static position is not possible, and the time had come to move forth into the light. Any further downfall of vibrations for humanity would have created the demise which you have experienced in your past civilizations. This time the cycle has come to completion and your forward movement into the expansion of the Cosmic Heartbeat is now assured. The Cosmic Day must be fulfilled and you, dear ones, must return to your Source and fulfill the Cosmic Day as the Plan was intended.
The intention of the Plan has always been for you to return to Source. The Plan was never for you to fall away from the light into utter darkness. The reversal of the downfall has been created and now blessed ones, you are returning to your place in the light of your eternal God Selves. As I move forth on my path, I embody a great expanded consciousness and I am here with you also, to assist you, when you call on me. I have never left you, as my evolution and yours go hand in hand.
What other wisdom do you have to offer?
Dear Ones, we are one consciousness. We are individualized expressions of this consciousness, and you, blessed souls, have free will to create that which you desire. Choose to create your return to the light. Choose to create the love, the joy, the abundance, the peace and harmony, which each one of you so desire. Choose to assist your earth to return to the state of being, as the Garden of Edon, which she once was. Choose to live in peaceful coexistence with the animal, the plant, and the mineral kingdoms. Take not lives; take not the minerals of mother earth in use for greed and devastation of others. Take instead, the cosmic wisdom which is being offered to you to assist you in creating your new reality, the new golden age which you are entering. Be bold and bring forth the new expressions for energy, which are being offered to you through the Cosmic Wisdom. This wisdom has been placed within the ethers surrounding your earth so that you may tap into it, those brave souls who are willing to bring it forth.
All the information you need to create energy to support all, in loving harmony, without the depletion of earth's resources, is available to you for the asking. There is no further need for the destruction of your earth's resources. And all may be abundantly supplied with that which they need for an abundant and joyful life existence. You were not meant to scrape and "get by." Your basic need of food, shelter, and clothing, were always abundantly available to you through the technology which has always been available to you. Bring it forth, use it, and your world will change so greatly for the better.
As the Ascended Masters of your realm are here with you, I too, am here for you to speak with, to communicate with, and to assist you in your journey into the expanded consciousness and the integration of the Cosmic Heartbeat. Here is some information to assist you in understanding the sacred geometry of the Flower of Life. The center circle of the Flower of Life symbol represents the Creator. From the innermost point of the circle, the Creator formed another circle of It's Self, then returned to the center of the first circle and created a third circle of It's Self, until there were six circles surrounding the first circle of the Creator. This initial pattern represents the formation of life, created in six days, as the Creator rested on the seventh day. This first pattern of seven circles can also be called the Genesis pattern. This pattern may be created to infinity. The Flower of Life symbol has been found in ancient Egyptian culture, and God within the circle has sometimes been depicted as the right eye of Horus.

Beloved Ones,
One life, one heart, one ascension. This, in truth, is the reality of the experience you are having in the Now Moment, there is only one ascension. You are all connected to each other, there is no separation. You are One. There is only One and it is the God Source. It is the All; it is the Divine Mind, the Divine Heart, the Divine Oneness of eternal Creation. It is the Divine Blueprint from the inception of the All That Is, the moment when the Creator chose to experience It's Self, and create each one of you. You are each a perfect and Divine Blueprint, an exact replica of the God Source. You have all the qualities, aspects and virtues of the eternal Creator within you. Separation is only an illusion. All that God is, you are, and it is so for each and every soul incarnate on this planet and for each and every soul throughout eternity. You are in the process of realizing this vast truth, this Oneness, and experiencing the unconditional love, the joy, that comes with this deep, deep, knowing.
Sit down in meditation, Dear Ones. Deepen this knowing, this oneness with all life, with your brothers and sisters, with mother earth, and above all, with your Divine God Self within you. Sit down in meditation and place your consciousness within the center of your Sacred Heart and allow the expansion, to open your heart as a flower. You may visualize this expansiveness as the opening of the many petals of a lotus blossom, a rose, any flower which ignites your visualization, and provides this expansion for you. As you expand upon the love of your Sacred Heart, breathe deeply and visualize the Flower of Life symbol. Sacred geometry ignites fire letters and key codes, symbols which assist you in making the transition to your crystalline light body of the fifth dimension. Sacred geometry will assist you in activating your Merkiva, your light body which will be your vehicle for travel in the fifth dimension. As you breathe and meditate upon the opening and the expansion of the sacred flower in your heart, allow the transition to the symbol of the Flower of Life. When you find yourselves in moments of lower vibrations, when you find yourselves in challenges and you have temporarily forsaken the Love of your Sacred Heart, bring yourself back into your Sacred Heart by visualizing the Flower of Life as an overlay beginning in your heart, expanding to include the Sacred Mind, and enlarging and expanding to the Cosmos. You will be able to do this in a moment in the Now, as you practice doing it. Each time you visualize the Flower of Life, in this way, you further activate your crystalline body codes and assist yourself in the ascension process.
Dear Ones, we are here to assist you and to help you with tools and meditations to lift you up to the light of the higher realms. There are many paths back to the One. Choose your path and do not waiver. Each new level and integration of light you incorporate for your Self, will not only bring you closer to matching the fifth dimensional vibration, it will assist your brothers and sisters, the earth and all life forms to lift themselves up, on this sacred journey of life.

Beloved Ones,
Begin now, in this Now Moment to expand your consciousness. The dawn of the new era is here, it has been here for quite some time as the light has been building upon your planet since the 1800's. Now is the time that you are being asked to intensify your efforts to lift yourselves up, to lift up humanity and all life with you. Now is the time for your final effort and your final push to bring your beloved earth into balance and harmony, to bring yourselves into balance and harmony, and to assist your brothers and sisters to return to balance and harmony. As you move into 2011 and beyond, the light being showered upon your planet will intensity. Astrological events are supportive of this process and we ask each and every one of you to intensify your efforts.
Now is not the time for the faint of heart. We ask you once again, to remember that it is in the Now Moment, that you have the ability to create all that you desire. It is in the Now Moment that all your dreams, your desires, are being brought to fruition, but you must stay focused in the Now Moment. The Now Moment is the power of the All That Is, the power of all Creation.
You, Dear Ones, hold the power of all Creation within yourselves. You are not limited to your physical vessels. You are not limited to the "you", which you perceive. It is an illusion, Dear Ones, an illusion which does not serve you well.
We ask you to expand your consciousness, to see yourselves as we see you. Your field, in truth, extends beyond the physical, beyond your home, your city, your country, your planet. Your field extends into your solar system, your galaxy, your universe, and to all the universes. Your field extends to all Creation. You are the light of God. You are God and God encompasses all Creation. Feel the light of God flow to and through you, as you expand your awareness of your field. Expand your consciousness and incorporate this knowing that you are not limited. You are limitless. You are all Creation. Feel the power of all Creation flow through you. Feel the Cosmic heartbeat within you.
Your heartbeat is the heartbeat of God. The heartbeat of God pulses through you. You would not be in human form, if the heartbeat of God were not pulsing through you, revitalizing you in every Now Moment. The heartbeat of God is the heartbeat of all Creation. It is the Cosmic heartbeat. This Cosmic heartbeat pulses through all Creation and through each and every soul upon your planet. Expand into this awareness, Dear Ones.
Expand into the knowing that you have the Cosmic kitchen available to you for your creations. You may choose all that you desire. It is a smorgasbord of delight, unlimited and available to you for the asking, but you must create for your highest good and the highest good of all Creation. You must state "Thy will be done", and you activate the power of all Creation within you. You must activate the Adamantine Particles through your love and your intense desire to create only that which is in harmony with your God Self and for all Creation.
Expand your awareness, to the knowing that you are all Creation. How can you be limited, when you are the light of God? God is limitless, ever expanding, all encompassing, and you are this light of God. Know that it is so. Develop and be this knowing, Dear Ones, for this coming year is one of great growth and expansion. Allow yourselves to flow in the River of Life, in the love of your Sacred Heart. Allow yourselves to expand and relax in each and every Now Moment and know that the Cosmic heartbeat and the light of all Creation are flowing through you, in well being. It cannot be otherwise, Dear Ones. It is only you that allows limitation. It is only you who makes the choice in the Now Moment to stay in the pain and suffering. Decide now Dear Ones, that you have had enough. Decide now Dear Ones, to claim your Divine Birthright. Your Divine Birthright is the perfection of God. It is the perfection of all Creation.
You have had a grand and glorious time, experimenting with the duality of the third dimension, experimenting with creating in the density. We say to you, the time is finished. We say to you it is time to return to your place among the higher realms. There is only love, joy, balance, harmony, peace, good will, and the abundance that you so desire. The All That Is knows only abundance. We ask you to remember that abundance includes good health, satisfying relationships, and all that completes a joyous experience for each of you. Seek and be love and joy, Dear Ones. Stay centered in the love of your Sacred Hearts.
So many of you have climbed the spiritual mountain, and the Now Moment is the time to bring your hard work and your dedication to fruition. You are the heartbeat of God, the heartbeat of the Cosmos. Greetings, I am Metatron, Lord of Light and I greet you all within this precise vector of timeless space. I embrace you in unconditional love.
The physical system in duality is a purposeful illusion. You are dreaming the dream of humanity. You are powerful spiritual beings wearing filters. You are Divine sparks of Creator source attending the University of Earth. And so you must accept this axiom, and from your viewpoint try to understand the greater realities that exist beyond your physical perceptions, and they are many. And LOVE is the building block, the core 'DNA' of everything.
The Nature of Time
And so we speak of Time.
Time and space are aspects of the same mechanism. Space, in a manner of speaking is congealed time held in a matrixial kinetic format within duality that allows for the separation and program of the purposed programmed illusion of sequential time metrics. Accordingly time is the inverse of space, in dynamic free flow. Both occur though the harmonic flash of consciousness units, through the mechanisms of the inward and outward pulse of matter to antimatter via black holes and white holes. The inward -outward Harmonic Flash is not only the point in which space and time merge into a homogenous foam , it is also the rate of consciousness unit perception that strobes attention of awareness into each simultaneous lifetime. This occurs at a magical rate called the Planck Number, occurring precisely at 10 to the power of -43 of one second. At this point time and space merge and become nonlinear and the Torus aspect comes into play. Space is inversed, turned back upon itself, and time units float in a nonlinear discontinuous quantized pool of what you term past, present and future. The space-time continuum dissolves, in a manner of speaking and become conscious energy units that are reformed into matter and antimatter, as they are pulled in and projected out in the harmonic flash via black holes & white holes respectively. .
This was reviewed in an earlier assay, and we will not review these phenomena in this discussion. Our focus is rather on your perception of time and the ability to enter the Mer-Ka-Vic point in which you can alter the past and future from the nonlinear NOW.
The Omni-Earth
The separation of your 'lifetimes', in your vernacular, are anchored to the Omni Earth in hologramic inserts or 'Time-Separation' programs. Through various mechanisms, the advanced human can enter into these and through Mer-Ka-Na enter the center of the over-soul where each time sequenced 'lifetime' is anchored like fiber-optic spokes. From this center point, you indeed are at the control panel to explore and change any aspect of any and all lifetimes in the nonlinear NOW.
While these time-programs are anchored to the Omni-Earth at specific points which often display multi-dimensional anomalies, one does not need to visit such earthen nodes to enter. Rather they are entered via Quantum Consciousness. This process is taught in the Metatronic Keys.
Question to Metatron: Are there areas within the Earth that naturally create time distortions?
Metatron: There are indeed. And we have spoken about this is previous assays. Time can be compared in certain ways to a computer program. Often your 'Windows' programs on your laptop and desktops can go into distortions of their programming and the desired separation of sub programs can intermingle creating mixes that twist and deform the conceived order. In this analogy we can say that both time and space as you perceive it are linear sub-programs of the earth grid reality projection. Time and Space can be said to be hologramic program insertions that allow the Quantum Omni-Earth to be tidily separated from simultaneous NOW reality into your focal, seemingly independent 'lifetime sojourns'.
So we tell you that just as your Windows can produce occasional anomalies in its desired separations of programs, so does the program of the Hologramic Earth Matrix of linear time have a flux that creates intermingle and distortion. That distortion occurs on several levels. The first is due to a gravitational flux that can rhythmically occur in the specific area or come in as a surge or rogue wave. When this occurs the very gravity distortion also affects the space-time continuum in the area, and creates a dimensional aperture field very similar to what occurs in the poles.
Points of Time Continuum Anomaly
All versions of the Omni-Earth coexist above the linear programming. But this axiom of Truth is initially very difficult for you humans to perceive or truly completely comprehend from the stance of the third dimension.
That is because the 3d density aspect of the human physical structure in duality manifestation operates within and as a result of the linear time 'program' that enables the Earthplane experience. You are therefore pre-indoctrinated to linear perception in Earthplane existence. This linear perception program determines to a great extent the 'normal' resonance patterns for the kinds of experiential probabilities that mankind selects, projects and perceives while 'growing' into greater consciousness from the base point of dense physicality. But we tell you that the source reality of which all lifetimes emerge is not 'written in stone', thus your experience is truly never predestined. You chose from an assortment of potentials the experiences you want to have. Both the Cosmos and all life contained within and without are always being created in the NOW moment.
And although your 3d preconditioning is linear, you not only have the ability to reach beyond physical programming, you also have the ultimate goal of doing so. While inhabited by human consciousness, the living physical body operates as an intense focus point for Earthplane experience. The aggregation of consciousness within the physical body on all levels focuses its own myriad network of sensory perception and communication, both on levels of the ordinary, and the extraordinary. In terms of the latter, you are therefore constantly perceiving in ways that you do not recognize with the 'ordinary' physical senses. There are vast arrays of colors, sounds, electromagnetic codes, and sensory feelings that you see & apperceive both on a cellular and crystalline level of chakric networks sourced in Quantum Consciousness that are geometrically and frequencially influencing you. This network is connected in harmonic oscillation to all others like it. But humanity is at this time vastly unaware of these extraordinary levels of interaction that take place between all spectra of bodies, crysto-electromagnetically and materially within biology. This interface occurs in Crysto Mer-Ka-Na light body and is more far reaching than humanity in masse realize. Yet the physical cells in biology can and do respond to each other, and their activity triggers even higher centers of crystalline light body consciousness that ties into and above linear time. Rather into multidimensionality.
Multi-Dimensional Time Holograms
So in this assay we are going to speak of Time and its nature in more than one context. We will speak of human perception of time as it relates to your lifetime-sojourn experiences and your ability to script and re-script both future and past. We will also touch lightly upon separation mechanics of hologramic time program inserts onto the earth, and their anchoring to certain points on the Omni-Earth.
Now, many points upon the earth contain magnetic and gravitational oscillations that create a time anomaly. Some are recognized, others are not. None are understood much less accepted as possible by your main stream academics as yet. Time is a sub program of light physics, and is in essence a created illusion. It can and is effected somewhat at anchor points by gravity, earth spin ratio, electromagnetics and celestial alignments. All of which are mechanisms of this phenomena.
Now, time as you perceive it, is simply that, a perception. We assure you that time truly does not exist in the linear manner that you believe, beyond duality. And even within the filtered lens of duality, there are certain areas of dimensional overlay that occur on your planet in which striking time anomalies can and do occur. You see there are many Earths that concentrically occur within the space that mankind perceives physical earth to occupy. There are frequencial mechanisms that connect these overlays of parallel dimension, and these create gateways to other timeframe subprograms and realities that coexist differently and more tangibly within these unique areas.
Simultaneous Time
To explain it in your present day computer analogy, Space and Time are sub-programs of digital-dimensional light. Space-Time then is a hologramic server that can simultaneously store many different files and sub files within its storage capacity. Just as there are locations within the stages of computer access that allow you to see all of the programs and files and navigate from one to the other, so there are locational vectors on the Earth program that anchor the hologramic dimensional gateways that allow access into other metric/matrix files of reality and time formats.
So as you live this 'present' life in the perceived time of today, you also live all your existences at once. Time 'programs' are hologramic and these programs are manifolded and coded in certain areas, especially the polar regions. Gateways or multi program access occurs in them.
The area of the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas contains many overlays of myriad space-time energy dynamics. It is indeed a Crystalline Portal, but we will say an open-ended portal that is not just a wormhole in space to other points in the Cosmos, but indeed (and especially) a unique gateway to other dimensional aspects of what may be termed the hologramic Omni-Earth program. It may be termed a time-gate vector. It is one of many coordinate points on your planet that contain within it time code scripting. Such coordinate points are anchors that peg each reality to the physical worlds, the Omni-Earth. And so then, within this concentric overlay vector other time programs; other dimensional realms can be frequencially accessed more easily. The ancient adepts knew this, and certainly experienced to varying degrees by many of what you term as the indigenous.
Time Gate Vectors are not the only means to access other realities. Indeed this can be done myriad ways, including the crystalline energies of the phi resonance, in deep meditative states. But what is different in the Time- Gate Vector coordinate-points is that the Omni-Earth Time program itself is anchored, to use a simplified explanation, to certain aligned points that occur on your planet, within certain frequencial matrixes. These are very unique in purpose, and differ from areas such as Titicaca, Arkansas, Grand Tetons, Shasta and Roslyn that are primary Celestial Star Gates. In the former one access other realms, other epochs, other programs of terrestrial time, whereas in the latter one travels to other dimensions in Space. Do you see the difference?
Question to Metatron: Are you saying that Arkansas and other such 'Time-Gate Vectors' allow for or enhance the ability to travel in time?
Metatron: Yes. But let us be clear, it is better to say that all programs of hologramic times programs coexist more clearly, more tangibly within such points. That does not mean that when one walks into the Crystalline Vortex of Arkansas that you will disappear from the present and materialize into a future or past program, rather it means windows into other time-sequence frames are (more) accessible here. But we will indeed tell you that materializations can and do occur here quite intentionally and occasional by accident. We will tell you those more technological civilizations, both from the future and past in your terms, which understand the very real science of time travel chose such time gate vectors for entering other epochs for various purposes. Indeed this can has and does occur.
Time Travel
Time travel has occurred in both your future and past. Although there are instances in which people have temporarily passed into different time holograms, there are very few cases where the transition was permanent. Your Admiral Byrd did in fact temporarily view a very real passing into a different time epoch during his polar flight. Most of the flight disappearances that are so publicized over the Bermuda Triangle were not permanent transferals. Time disruption did occur, but the airplanes did not fully disappear into another epoch of time. Rather were they caused by related instrument malfunctions that created misdirection and radio silence, and the disappearances were simply crashes into the sea.
Certain of your governments working in classified tandem with covert corporations have already developed crude mechanisms of time travel. These are not yet at a truly manageable level, and the stress that results on the human 'tempornaut' is considerable, stress-aging the human body approximately 7 to 10 years on each journey. At present they are only able to move forward in time about 20 years, and are unable to navigate into the past. In time, when the apparatus utilized is converted from magnetic forces to crystalline bioplasmic field this will be improved considerably, and time navigation will be deliberate and not by random mishap. Optimal time navigation occurs Mer-Ka-Nically through a consciousness refined Bio Plasmic field, and while certainly aided in terms of time vector by crystalline apparatus, it is primarily operated by the light-consciousness quotient of the traveler. Many of you time travel in dream state quite often, and therein is the key to how it will be optimally done when you learn to be more lucid in expansive conscious states.
There are indeed Laws of Physics that apply to how time and space are navigated interdimensionally. Eventually mankind will rediscover these laws. And when this takes place, the seeming boundaries between past, present and future will be better understood. As we have already explained duality experience in the third dimension contains programmed parameters that limit mankind's greater dimensionality perception.
It is indeed these 3d single lens filters that create the linear illusion of sequential unfolding of time. This then is precisely the reason mankind believes that one moment exists and is gone forever, and the next moment comes and like the one before also evaporates into the great elusive mist of the past. We tell you that everything in and on the Omni-Earth and indeed the Multiverse exists at once, simultaneously. The past, present and future only appear to those who exist within three-dimensional reality. And the programs that separate time-epoch files on the Omni-Earth can be navigated.
The Past is Not Fixed
The past and future as you 'believe it to be' exists as a series of electromagnetic receptors held in the crystalline portion of the physical brain and in the nonphysical mind within the ultra violet field. These electromagnetic codlings can be changed, and in fact are in constant flux. You script your destiny, and your destiny is not a linear one- way dynamic. Your creation of your past is just as important as the creation of your present and future. The past then, is quite malleable and no more fixed than your future. Now, your mental process and beliefs create your past, and there are as many valid versions of the past as there are of the future. We tell you that if the next generation were all to be taught from an early age that the Roman Empire ruled the world until the 17th century, indeed that past would become a reality, and evidence would be found to confirm it. Yet it would be a completely different past from which the older generation constructed. But BOTH would be true. Both would be separate yet valid files within the hologramic programs of time.
As humans in duality, you take it for granted that present action can change the future, but present actions can and do change the past as well. The past is no more detached or uninvolved from your present than the decisions you make today. We share a great truth for you to ponder, and that is that everything you do effects your past, and you can accordingly remove what you may term traumas and misactions that occurred years ago or lifetimes ago from your present stance. Furthermore, all of you are required to do so! The electromagnetic crystallographic portals within the human brain are forged and mantled totally and completely by each of you, and uniquely so. The probable past can be changed, and such changes are far from uncommon. These changes do happen spontaneously on a subconscious basis. You can now learn to do this consciously by entering Quantum Consciousness via Mer-Ka-Na.
The linear aspect of the past is rarely what you remember it to be. In fact you constantly rearrange your memory of the past with the experience of each new moment, each new occurrence. It is a constant metamorphosis from the instant of any given experiential event. Your hypnotherapists are aware that pseudo-memories of fictitious or altered past events can be implanted in the brains of humans through deep state inducement, and in a very real sense these memories and they way they effect the subjects present become quite real. So, it follows to reason that the future, present and past are always re-created by each individual as beliefs, attitudes and associations evolve and change. And take note that what occurs is a real-time actual recreation, not a metaphoric one. The changes you make are quite real. The small inner child is indeed still within the adult human as you progress in years. But that inner child is also dynamic, not molded into a permanent version that remains as it was. The child within the human constantly changes every day, as does the teenager, young adult and elderly you in your future.
Re-Scripting the Past
Accordingly, it is now incumbent on you as you enter the Ascension energies, to grasp the power of NOW, and realize that you can and must change the past, your individual past, from the stance of Now.. Within the NOW, you can convert to the Mer-Ka-Na and as such gain the controls of all within your multidimensionality. That is a sacred Universal Truth, and that Truth expands when you enter into it. It expands into power that allows you the fulcrum of co creation in the singular moment of NOW, above linear time and hologramic sojourns within time in the Omni Earth.
We tell you that personal issues and blockages can and do arise when appropriate evolvement of the past are stymied and not allowed to spontaneously take place. In some scenarios serious neurosis occurs precisely because an individual has not changed his or her past. For example, a lifetime may be chosen in which you a part of a catastrophic event that results in a traumatic loss of life. This may have been chosen for myriad reasons of growth. Perhaps, as one example, in sequential lifetimes the entity is far more appreciative of time spent with love ones because of having learned that life can seemingly end unexpectedly.
Yet such powerful traumas that were chosen for lesson in one life time are often so emotionally over-charged that they can and do bleed over and negatively affect other lifetime programs. This untoward over-bleed may express itself as an intense fear of flying or perhaps a fear of water from drowning, and such. Masters, you can enter into Quantum Consciousness and remove the negative, retain the growth lesson, and replace the event entirely with a positive alternative. You can change the past!
While it is incumbent upon you to truly understand that there was indeed a reason, that you have chosen to experience any trauma, it is also true that some of the traumatic or less desirable experiences simply have the purpose of showing you what can occur if you do not consciously create your own realities. If you hold a mental state of belief that the world is evil, or that you are undeserving, that very individualized mental projection will faithfully draw untoward experience into the physical reality in which your mindset manifested it. In all cases, however, you have the ability and need to draw the lesson, and then change, dissolve the past experience into a more positive one. This is requisite, and can be done consciously in Mer-Ka-Va and Mer-Ka-Na levels of consciousness.
The key again, is understanding that all realities are in flux. All can be altered.
Quantum Consciousness
Masters, Your realities in all sojourns are constantly in a state of fluidity. Nothing you have experienced is written in stone, but humanity has in large forgotten this truth. So we tell you that each scenario you experience is but one of many potentials from an immense menu of possibility. The ones you do not experience, in your terms, are just as valid as the ones you do. Accordingly you have the ability to go back at any vector thru Mer-Ka-Na Quantum Consciousness, to change any reality. If you have chosen (and all of you have) a particularly traumatic experience, you can alter it to one that is of your choosing. Always remember that the world is indeed formed holographically by your thought processes in actual image reflection of your own creation. When you truly understand that your physical experiences and environs are fully the materialization of your own structured mental creation and beliefs, then you hold the key to unlocking the door to scripting the future and indeed rescripting what you think of as the past.
This is manifested through intent and optimal use of your divine will. But this requires concentrated deliberation and focal effort. In the course of realizing your true power, free will is a double edged sword until wisdom and enlightenment is re-acquired. Using your free will haphazardly in less conscious lifetimes can and does make physical reality into something quite less than what it can optimally be in your sojourns. But again from over view, this also has the ultimate result through cause and effect of your greater growth. You are attending the 'University of Duality' on the Earth-Plane to learn how to responsibly create, and that involves the process of working out problems and challenges.
On a higher level, humanity remains aware of its true inner nature and divinity, and of its spiritual purpose and nonphysical source. But most of mankind has lost contact with this wisdom in 3d. You have focused so strongly upon the density of physical reality that it has become the only reality that you consider and thus empower.
Positive Process - The Multidimensional 'Law of Attraction'
In the present moment of awareness you can proactively program the mind to focus on positive. If you image positive visualizations about any difficult or untoward scenario your mind will project telepathic waves of energy for positive transition. As such you can learn to dissolve a negative thought or picture by replacing it with its opposite.
It is not sufficient however to merely repress negative thoughts, such as self-loathing, fears, angers, guilts, or resentment. Rather these must be recognized, confronted and replaced. By deep inward auditing of thoughts and feelings, you can take an inventory of your emotional field and tie it to erroneous belief systems. In fact the trial and error nature of cause and effect will ultimately lead you to such a clearing. Better sooner than later.
So through intent, learn to recognize negative patterns when dense or negative feelings occur. Then immediately replace these with a happier, joyful positive feeling. But herein, it is easy to misunderstand, and simply repress negativity in a wide sweeping dismissal. It is a far more complex scope to resolve, but none the less, can be resolved.
You see in some scenarios, the natural reaction to one who may attempt to dominate you is not inappropriate. It is wrong in certain cases to allow another's will to control you. You should not apologize when someone steps on your foot. In time you will learn that you can retain your integral integrity by reacting from a state of dis-passioned non-emotional reaction. And thus not become engrossed in a game of negative thought-form ping-pong. Your Mahatma Ghandi taught this through example. Becoming involved in duals of aggressive anger can quickly create energy fields so dynamically charged and enormous that they bleed into other lifetimes as well as negatively impact the present one. And accordingly these can and must be eventually cleared.
Now, your multidimensionality of simultaneous lives comes into an interesting dynamic here. In multidimensional overview, what each 'lifetime version of you' projects in terms of desires and system of belief is projected forward and that energy can and does bleed over into the full array of your multidimensional quantum field. This influences to varying degrees the 'Law of Attraction'.
For example, let's imagine that you are in a 'present' lifetime in which you are trying to create abundance. But in a dozen or so 'previous' lifetimes you were a monk or priest who took poverty vows and disassociated with 'materialism'. You believe in these other lifetimes that 'money is the root of all evil'. And so you have one aspect of you trying to create abundance, and a dozen versions rejecting it. The quantum physics of mass energy projection are clear. In this example there is a greater energy rejecting 'abundance' than there is trying to attract it. So the 'past' belief system must be changed from the soul level. The past lives must be re-entered in a state of Quantum Consciousness and replaced with a belief that 'money is not evil, it is energy and we can use it for positive sustenance. The monk lifetimes can still choose to live in simplicity but no longer believe that money is evil.
Past Life Trauma
As an example of past life traumas over bleeding, we share with you this example. The channel has some close associates who at times sense a great panic of claustrophobia and paranoia in large crowds. He is aware that this is due to the associates having a traumatic past life bleed of escaping the chaotic rampage of Athens with children in hand hours before the invading Turks destroyed the city. Literally leaving all behind and running in terror for their lives, with children in tow.
Now we tell you that many of the souls that were drawn into this experience in Athens, were pulled into the re-enactment because the trauma they felt when desperately attempting to escape the shaking earth of Atlantis along the land bridge that connected to the Yucatan created such an electrical charge in their multidimensional self that it became a recurring energy. Such is the power of extreme emotion and fear. The Law of Attraction works in all of your Earthly sojourns. Any event can bleed over into another, and attract by its intensity, similar experience. This occurs both on an individual level and en masse. A mass trauma of negative charged emotion is exemplified by your world wars. Your WWII was indeed a recurring bleed-over of the Atlantean conflict between the Aryans and Poseidons. Your current wars in the Middle East are a recurrence of the Crusades.
At some point mankind will simply realize the waste and futility of such conflict. You will in time learn that war will never end by hating war. Rather war will end by loving peace. Such is the power of love, it is far far more potent than hate.
This is a perfect example of past life trauma occurring and osmotically effecting the present in the simultaneous NOW. If that probable past is faced and deliberately changed, it can and will eliminate the panic disorder and the resulting neurosis. It does so by changing the past. When you rescript your past and change the experience of the past, the fear behind it is eliminated. It is as if the trauma never occurred, and that is exactly what happens. This is but one example. So irregardless of the specific details, all of you have traumas in the past that can and will be altered in order for you to gain the perfection required in enlightened co creation within Quantum Consciousness. Do not be dismayed, this is quite do-able, and in a subconscious level you have done it many times in dream state. We assure you it can consciously be done in the Mer-Ka-Na within the NOW state of Quantum Consciousness.
And precisely because the past, present and future exist simultaneously, there is no reason why you cannot react to an event and alter it whether or not it happens to fall within the limited scope of reality in which you normally participate. You have the ability to remove trauma from the past, and from an over view that is the final completing portion of the lesson and a part of why you chose the experience in the first place.
Time - Dimensional Portals
Now, the LeMurians who escaped the islands of Mu going into the inner realms of the Earth did not simply do so by spelunking. They did not suddenly find a cave and venture deeper and deeper into it until they stumbled upon a vast inner world chasm. Rather they entered into a different program of the Omni Earth precisely by gathering in a Dimensional-Time Gate coordinate portal and raising their frequency through intent and self-mastery in order to shift into another hologram. This process was also followed in a far more scientific protocol and technique by the Atlanteans of the Golden Era, and for different purpose. The LeMurians relied primarily on natural time gate vectors; whereas the Atlanteans had sophisticated devices and crystals that created time gates. Yet both required Mastery of the Self to raise the vibratory level to different frequencies.
Many humans have experienced the dimensional gate aspects of Arkansas, Shasta and the Grand Tetons, and have read of Guy Ballard's (Founder of the IAM Movement) exploits with the Beloved Saint Germaine and the Ascended Masters in the Etheric Light Cities above and inside these mountains. Although in truth, these light cities are neither above nor below in a directional sense, rather separate programs occurring in the same spaceless space, and accessed by Dimensional-Portals anchored to the specific energy matrix of these locations. These areas, these etheric light cities are key coding points on your planet. All of you will at some point spend time within them. Consider them graduate schools. There access involves the same mechanism as time gates. Well to visit these areas and exercise consciously what you already know how to do in subconscious dream states. Indeed you visit these areas quite often in dream states.
Closing:
Dear Ones, Those of you that are only now beginning to explore the inner self, and are attempting to digest ideas that may initially seem unrealistic or grandiose in terms of the true nature of the Cosmos, of greater reality, and your true creative power,. As a result you may face conflicts with the status quo programming of the ego mind in 3d. The programming of duality mind will tell you that this is fantasy, and stir doubts that inhibit your movement to greater truth. Remember what you mentally accept, what your mindset believes, is projected into your reality manifestation.
So it may be appropriate for you to acknowledge that you do not consciously as yet realize the depths of your whole Beingness. So Masters widen your system of belief and adjust the mental parameters. When you do this your goals and indeed your challenges will automatically expand for greater good. The Truths we share with you in this moment can be used to embellish wisdom and expatiate your inner horizons toward an ennobling path of discovery, knowledge and wisdom. You will find that this is a direction that, when doubt is removed, empowers you on the homeward journey that your inner self has already paved for you. Discernment is always necessary, so listen closely to the inner voice, and do not allow fear or doubt of the ego-mind to block the divine inner guidance that will lead you home.
The ability to become unfixed in time, and indeed navigate within it, has a succinct utility that serves the integral healing of the whole self within multidimensionality. Certain areas on your planet make accessing the time holograms and multidimensional aspects somewhat easier. Grimes Point, Grand Tetons, Arkansas and Mount Shasta are among the most potent of these in North America. Globally, Titikaka, Roslyn, Montserrat, Giza, Minas Gerais Brazil, Gobi, Lake Baikal and Mt Fuji are among the most potent. This is due to the frequencial energies that are exuded within these portals. Yet it can be achieved in Mer-Ka-Na field at any point. No event is 'written in stone' nor predestined. Any given event can be changed not only before and during but after its occurrence. Scripting your future and changing the past remains one of the final challenges for many of you, and no time is more potent than NOW.

Quantum Consciousness: The Nature of Time
Changing the Past In Mer-Ka-Na

Greetings, I am Metatron, Lord of Light and I greet you all within this precise vector of timeless space. I embrace you in unconditional love.
The physical system in duality is a purposeful illusion. You are dreaming the dream of humanity. You are powerful spiritual beings wearing filters. You are Divine sparks of Creator source attending the University of Earth. And so you must accept this axiom, and from your viewpoint try to understand the greater realities that exist beyond your physical perceptions, and they are many. And LOVE is the building block, the core 'DNA' of everything.
The Nature of Time
And so we speak of Time.
Time and space are aspects of the same mechanism. Space, in a manner of speaking is congealed time held in a matrixial kinetic format within duality that allows for the separation and program of the purposed programmed illusion of sequential time metrics. Accordingly time is the inverse of space, in dynamic free flow. Both occur though the harmonic flash of consciousness units, through the mechanisms of the inward and outward pulse of matter to antimatter via black holes and white holes. The inward -outward Harmonic Flash is not only the point in which space and time merge into a homogenous foam , it is also the rate of consciousness unit perception that strobes attention of awareness into each simultaneous lifetime. This occurs at a magical rate called the Planck Number, occurring precisely at 10 to the power of -43 of one second. At this point time and space merge and become nonlinear and the Torus aspect comes into play. Space is inversed, turned back upon itself, and time units float in a nonlinear discontinuous quantized pool of what you term past, present and future. The space-time continuum dissolves, in a manner of speaking and become conscious energy units that are reformed into matter and antimatter, as they are pulled in and projected out in the harmonic flash via black holes & white holes respectively. .
This was reviewed in an earlier assay, and we will not review these phenomena in this discussion. Our focus is rather on your perception of time and the ability to enter the Mer-Ka-Vic point in which you can alter the past and future from the nonlinear NOW.
The Omni-Earth
The separation of your 'lifetimes', in your vernacular, are anchored to the Omni Earth in hologramic inserts or 'Time-Separation' programs. Through various mechanisms, the advanced human can enter into these and through Mer-Ka-Na enter the center of the over-soul where each time sequenced 'lifetime' is anchored like fiber-optic spokes. From this center point, you indeed are at the control panel to explore and change any aspect of any and all lifetimes in the nonlinear NOW.
While these time-programs are anchored to the Omni-Earth at specific points which often display multi-dimensional anomalies, one does not need to visit such earthen nodes to enter. Rather they are entered via Quantum Consciousness. This process is taught in the Metatronic Keys.
Question to Metatron: Are there areas within the Earth that naturally create time distortions?
Metatron: There are indeed. And we have spoken about this is previous assays. Time can be compared in certain ways to a computer program. Often your 'Windows' programs on your laptop and desktops can go into distortions of their programming and the desired separation of sub programs can intermingle creating mixes that twist and deform the conceived order. In this analogy we can say that both time and space as you perceive it are linear sub-programs of the earth grid reality projection. Time and Space can be said to be hologramic program insertions that allow the Quantum Omni-Earth to be tidily separated from simultaneous NOW reality into your focal, seemingly independent 'lifetime sojourns'.
So we tell you that just as your Windows can produce occasional anomalies in its desired separations of programs, so does the program of the Hologramic Earth Matrix of linear time have a flux that creates intermingle and distortion. That distortion occurs on several levels. The first is due to a gravitational flux that can rhythmically occur in the specific area or come in as a surge or rogue wave. When this occurs the very gravity distortion also affects the space-time continuum in the area, and creates a dimensional aperture field very similar to what occurs in the poles.
Points of Time Continuum Anomaly
All versions of the Omni-Earth coexist above the linear programming. But this axiom of Truth is initially very difficult for you humans to perceive or truly completely comprehend from the stance of the third dimension.
That is because the 3d density aspect of the human physical structure in duality manifestation operates within and as a result of the linear time 'program' that enables the Earthplane experience. You are therefore pre-indoctrinated to linear perception in Earthplane existence. This linear perception program determines to a great extent the 'normal' resonance patterns for the kinds of experiential probabilities that mankind selects, projects and perceives while 'growing' into greater consciousness from the base point of dense physicality. But we tell you that the source reality of which all lifetimes emerge is not 'written in stone', thus your experience is truly never predestined. You chose from an assortment of potentials the experiences you want to have. Both the Cosmos and all life contained within and without are always being created in the NOW moment.
And although your 3d preconditioning is linear, you not only have the ability to reach beyond physical programming, you also have the ultimate goal of doing so. While inhabited by human consciousness, the living physical body operates as an intense focus point for Earthplane experience. The aggregation of consciousness within the physical body on all levels focuses its own myriad network of sensory perception and communication, both on levels of the ordinary, and the extraordinary. In terms of the latter, you are therefore constantly perceiving in ways that you do not recognize with the 'ordinary' physical senses. There are vast arrays of colors, sounds, electromagnetic codes, and sensory feelings that you see & apperceive both on a cellular and crystalline level of chakric networks sourced in Quantum Consciousness that are geometrically and frequencially influencing you. This network is connected in harmonic oscillation to all others like it. But humanity is at this time vastly unaware of these extraordinary levels of interaction that take place between all spectra of bodies, crysto-electromagnetically and materially within biology. This interface occurs in Crysto Mer-Ka-Na light body and is more far reaching than humanity in masse realize. Yet the physical cells in biology can and do respond to each other, and their activity triggers even higher centers of crystalline light body consciousness that ties into and above linear time. Rather into multidimensionality.
Multi-Dimensional Time Holograms
So in this assay we are going to speak of Time and its nature in more than one context. We will speak of human perception of time as it relates to your lifetime-sojourn experiences and your ability to script and re-script both future and past. We will also touch lightly upon separation mechanics of hologramic time program inserts onto the earth, and their anchoring to certain points on the Omni-Earth.
Now, many points upon the earth contain magnetic and gravitational oscillations that create a time anomaly. Some are recognized, others are not. None are understood much less accepted as possible by your main stream academics as yet. Time is a sub program of light physics, and is in essence a created illusion. It can and is effected somewhat at anchor points by gravity, earth spin ratio, electromagnetics and celestial alignments. All of which are mechanisms of this phenomena.
Now, time as you perceive it, is simply that, a perception. We assure you that time truly does not exist in the linear manner that you believe, beyond duality. And even within the filtered lens of duality, there are certain areas of dimensional overlay that occur on your planet in which striking time anomalies can and do occur. You see there are many Earths that concentrically occur within the space that mankind perceives physical earth to occupy. There are frequencial mechanisms that connect these overlays of parallel dimension, and these create gateways to other timeframe subprograms and realities that coexist differently and more tangibly within these unique areas.
Simultaneous Time
To explain it in your present day computer analogy, Space and Time are sub-programs of digital-dimensional light. Space-Time then is a hologramic server that can simultaneously store many different files and sub files within its storage capacity. Just as there are locations within the stages of computer access that allow you to see all of the programs and files and navigate from one to the other, so there are locational vectors on the Earth program that anchor the hologramic dimensional gateways that allow access into other metric/matrix files of reality and time formats.
So as you live this 'present' life in the perceived time of today, you also live all your existences at once. Time 'programs' are hologramic and these programs are manifolded and coded in certain areas, especially the polar regions. Gateways or multi program access occurs in them.
The area of the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas contains many overlays of myriad space-time energy dynamics. It is indeed a Crystalline Portal, but we will say an open-ended portal that is not just a wormhole in space to other points in the Cosmos, but indeed (and especially) a unique gateway to other dimensional aspects of what may be termed the hologramic Omni-Earth program. It may be termed a time-gate vector. It is one of many coordinate points on your planet that contain within it time code scripting. Such coordinate points are anchors that peg each reality to the physical worlds, the Omni-Earth. And so then, within this concentric overlay vector other time programs; other dimensional realms can be frequencially accessed more easily. The ancient adepts knew this, and certainly experienced to varying degrees by many of what you term as the indigenous.
Time Gate Vectors are not the only means to access other realities. Indeed this can be done myriad ways, including the crystalline energies of the phi resonance, in deep meditative states. But what is different in the Time- Gate Vector coordinate-points is that the Omni-Earth Time program itself is anchored, to use a simplified explanation, to certain aligned points that occur on your planet, within certain frequencial matrixes. These are very unique in purpose, and differ from areas such as Titicaca, Arkansas, Grand Tetons, Shasta and Roslyn that are primary Celestial Star Gates. In the former one access other realms, other epochs, other programs of terrestrial time, whereas in the latter one travels to other dimensions in Space. Do you see the difference?
Question to Metatron: Are you saying that Arkansas and other such 'Time-Gate Vectors' allow for or enhance the ability to travel in time?
Metatron: Yes. But let us be clear, it is better to say that all programs of hologramic times programs coexist more clearly, more tangibly within such points. That does not mean that when one walks into the Crystalline Vortex of Arkansas that you will disappear from the present and materialize into a future or past program, rather it means windows into other time-sequence frames are (more) accessible here. But we will indeed tell you that materializations can and do occur here quite intentionally and occasional by accident. We will tell you those more technological civilizations, both from the future and past in your terms, which understand the very real science of time travel chose such time gate vectors for entering other epochs for various purposes. Indeed this can has and does occur.
Time Travel
Time travel has occurred in both your future and past. Although there are instances in which people have temporarily passed into different time holograms, there are very few cases where the transition was permanent. Your Admiral Byrd did in fact temporarily view a very real passing into a different time epoch during his polar flight. Most of the flight disappearances that are so publicized over the Bermuda Triangle were not permanent transferals. Time disruption did occur, but the airplanes did not fully disappear into another epoch of time. Rather were they caused by related instrument malfunctions that created misdirection and radio silence, and the disappearances were simply crashes into the sea.
Certain of your governments working in classified tandem with covert corporations have already developed crude mechanisms of time travel. These are not yet at a truly manageable level, and the stress that results on the human 'tempornaut' is considerable, stress-aging the human body approximately 7 to 10 years on each journey. At present they are only able to move forward in time about 20 years, and are unable to navigate into the past. In time, when the apparatus utilized is converted from magnetic forces to crystalline bioplasmic field this will be improved considerably, and time navigation will be deliberate and not by random mishap. Optimal time navigation occurs Mer-Ka-Nically through a consciousness refined Bio Plasmic field, and while certainly aided in terms of time vector by crystalline apparatus, it is primarily operated by the light-consciousness quotient of the traveler. Many of you time travel in dream state quite often, and therein is the key to how it will be optimally done when you learn to be more lucid in expansive conscious states.
There are indeed Laws of Physics that apply to how time and space are navigated interdimensionally. Eventually mankind will rediscover these laws. And when this takes place, the seeming boundaries between past, present and future will be better understood. As we have already explained duality experience in the third dimension contains programmed parameters that limit mankind's greater dimensionality perception.
It is indeed these 3d single lens filters that create the linear illusion of sequential unfolding of time. This then is precisely the reason mankind believes that one moment exists and is gone forever, and the next moment comes and like the one before also evaporates into the great elusive mist of the past. We tell you that everything in and on the Omni-Earth and indeed the Multiverse exists at once, simultaneously. The past, present and future only appear to those who exist within three-dimensional reality. And the programs that separate time-epoch files on the Omni-Earth can be navigated.
The Past is Not Fixed
The past and future as you 'believe it to be' exists as a series of electromagnetic receptors held in the crystalline portion of the physical brain and in the nonphysical mind within the ultra violet field. These electromagnetic codlings can be changed, and in fact are in constant flux. You script your destiny, and your destiny is not a linear one- way dynamic. Your creation of your past is just as important as the creation of your present and future. The past then, is quite malleable and no more fixed than your future. Now, your mental process and beliefs create your past, and there are as many valid versions of the past as there are of the future. We tell you that if the next generation were all to be taught from an early age that the Roman Empire ruled the world until the 17th century, indeed that past would become a reality, and evidence would be found to confirm it. Yet it would be a completely different past from which the older generation constructed. But BOTH would be true. Both would be separate yet valid files within the hologramic programs of time.
As humans in duality, you take it for granted that present action can change the future, but present actions can and do change the past as well. The past is no more detached or uninvolved from your present than the decisions you make today. We share a great truth for you to ponder, and that is that everything you do effects your past, and you can accordingly remove what you may term traumas and misactions that occurred years ago or lifetimes ago from your present stance. Furthermore, all of you are required to do so! The electromagnetic crystallographic portals within the human brain are forged and mantled totally and completely by each of you, and uniquely so. The probable past can be changed, and such changes are far from uncommon. These changes do happen spontaneously on a subconscious basis. You can now learn to do this consciously by entering Quantum Consciousness via Mer-Ka-Na.
The linear aspect of the past is rarely what you remember it to be. In fact you constantly rearrange your memory of the past with the experience of each new moment, each new occurrence. It is a constant metamorphosis from the instant of any given experiential event. Your hypnotherapists are aware that pseudo-memories of fictitious or altered past events can be implanted in the brains of humans through deep state inducement, and in a very real sense these memories and they way they effect the subjects present become quite real. So, it follows to reason that the future, present and past are always re-created by each individual as beliefs, attitudes and associations evolve and change. And take note that what occurs is a real-time actual recreation, not a metaphoric one. The changes you make are quite real. The small inner child is indeed still within the adult human as you progress in years. But that inner child is also dynamic, not molded into a permanent version that remains as it was. The child within the human constantly changes every day, as does the teenager, young adult and elderly you in your future.
Re-Scripting the Past
Accordingly, it is now incumbent on you as you enter the Ascension energies, to grasp the power of NOW, and realize that you can and must change the past, your individual past, from the stance of Now.. Within the NOW, you can convert to the Mer-Ka-Na and as such gain the controls of all within your multidimensionality. That is a sacred Universal Truth, and that Truth expands when you enter into it. It expands into power that allows you the fulcrum of co creation in the singular moment of NOW, above linear time and hologramic sojourns within time in the Omni Earth.
We tell you that personal issues and blockages can and do arise when appropriate evolvement of the past are stymied and not allowed to spontaneously take place. In some scenarios serious neurosis occurs precisely because an individual has not changed his or her past. For example, a lifetime may be chosen in which you a part of a catastrophic event that results in a traumatic loss of life. This may have been chosen for myriad reasons of growth. Perhaps, as one example, in sequential lifetimes the entity is far more appreciative of time spent with love ones because of having learned that life can seemingly end unexpectedly.
Yet such powerful traumas that were chosen for lesson in one life time are often so emotionally over-charged that they can and do bleed over and negatively affect other lifetime programs. This untoward over-bleed may express itself as an intense fear of flying or perhaps a fear of water from drowning, and such. Masters, you can enter into Quantum Consciousness and remove the negative, retain the growth lesson, and replace the event entirely with a positive alternative. You can change the past!
While it is incumbent upon you to truly understand that there was indeed a reason, that you have chosen to experience any trauma, it is also true that some of the traumatic or less desirable experiences simply have the purpose of showing you what can occur if you do not consciously create your own realities. If you hold a mental state of belief that the world is evil, or that you are undeserving, that very individualized mental projection will faithfully draw untoward experience into the physical reality in which your mindset manifested it. In all cases, however, you have the ability and need to draw the lesson, and then change, dissolve the past experience into a more positive one. This is requisite, and can be done consciously in Mer-Ka-Va and Mer-Ka-Na levels of consciousness.
The key again, is understanding that all realities are in flux. All can be altered.
Quantum Consciousness
Masters, Your realities in all sojourns are constantly in a state of fluidity. Nothing you have experienced is written in stone, but humanity has in large forgotten this truth. So we tell you that each scenario you experience is but one of many potentials from an immense menu of possibility. The ones you do not experience, in your terms, are just as valid as the ones you do. Accordingly you have the ability to go back at any vector thru Mer-Ka-Na Quantum Consciousness, to change any reality. If you have chosen (and all of you have) a particularly traumatic experience, you can alter it to one that is of your choosing. Always remember that the world is indeed formed holographically by your thought processes in actual image reflection of your own creation. When you truly understand that your physical experiences and environs are fully the materialization of your own structured mental creation and beliefs, then you hold the key to unlocking the door to scripting the future and indeed rescripting what you think of as the past.
This is manifested through intent and optimal use of your divine will. But this requires concentrated deliberation and focal effort. In the course of realizing your true power, free will is a double edged sword until wisdom and enlightenment is re-acquired. Using your free will haphazardly in less conscious lifetimes can and does make physical reality into something quite less than what it can optimally be in your sojourns. But again from over view, this also has the ultimate result through cause and effect of your greater growth. You are attending the 'University of Duality' on the Earth-Plane to learn how to responsibly create, and that involves the process of working out problems and challenges.
On a higher level, humanity remains aware of its true inner nature and divinity, and of its spiritual purpose and nonphysical source. But most of mankind has lost contact with this wisdom in 3d. You have focused so strongly upon the density of physical reality that it has become the only reality that you consider and thus empower.
Positive Process - The Multidimensional 'Law of Attraction'
In the present moment of awareness you can proactively program the mind to focus on positive. If you image positive visualizations about any difficult or untoward scenario your mind will project telepathic waves of energy for positive transition. As such you can learn to dissolve a negative thought or picture by replacing it with its opposite.
It is not sufficient however to merely repress negative thoughts, such as self-loathing, fears, angers, guilts, or resentment. Rather these must be recognized, confronted and replaced. By deep inward auditing of thoughts and feelings, you can take an inventory of your emotional field and tie it to erroneous belief systems. In fact the trial and error nature of cause and effect will ultimately lead you to such a clearing. Better sooner than later.
So through intent, learn to recognize negative patterns when dense or negative feelings occur. Then immediately replace these with a happier, joyful positive feeling. But herein, it is easy to misunderstand, and simply repress negativity in a wide sweeping dismissal. It is a far more complex scope to resolve, but none the less, can be resolved.
You see in some scenarios, the natural reaction to one who may attempt to dominate you is not inappropriate. It is wrong in certain cases to allow another's will to control you. You should not apologize when someone steps on your foot. In time you will learn that you can retain your integral integrity by reacting from a state of dis-passioned non-emotional reaction. And thus not become engrossed in a game of negative thought-form ping-pong. Your Mahatma Ghandi taught this through example. Becoming involved in duals of aggressive anger can quickly create energy fields so dynamically charged and enormous that they bleed into other lifetimes as well as negatively impact the present one. And accordingly these can and must be eventually cleared.
Now, your multidimensionality of simultaneous lives comes into an interesting dynamic here. In multidimensional overview, what each 'lifetime version of you' projects in terms of desires and system of belief is projected forward and that energy can and does bleed over into the full array of your multidimensional quantum field. This influences to varying degrees the 'Law of Attraction'.
For example, let's imagine that you are in a 'present' lifetime in which you are trying to create abundance. But in a dozen or so 'previous' lifetimes you were a monk or priest who took poverty vows and disassociated with 'materialism'. You believe in these other lifetimes that 'money is the root of all evil'. And so you have one aspect of you trying to create abundance, and a dozen versions rejecting it. The quantum physics of mass energy projection are clear. In this example there is a greater energy rejecting 'abundance' than there is trying to attract it. So the 'past' belief system must be changed from the soul level. The past lives must be re-entered in a state of Quantum Consciousness and replaced with a belief that 'money is not evil, it is energy and we can use it for positive sustenance. The monk lifetimes can still choose to live in simplicity but no longer believe that money is evil.
Past Life Trauma
As an example of past life traumas over bleeding, we share with you this example. The channel has some close associates who at times sense a great panic of claustrophobia and paranoia in large crowds. He is aware that this is due to the associates having a traumatic past life bleed of escaping the chaotic rampage of Athens with children in hand hours before the invading Turks destroyed the city. Literally leaving all behind and running in terror for their lives, with children in tow.
Now we tell you that many of the souls that were drawn into this experience in Athens, were pulled into the re-enactment because the trauma they felt when desperately attempting to escape the shaking earth of Atlantis along the land bridge that connected to the Yucatan created such an electrical charge in their multidimensional self that it became a recurring energy. Such is the power of extreme emotion and fear. The Law of Attraction works in all of your Earthly sojourns. Any event can bleed over into another, and attract by its intensity, similar experience. This occurs both on an individual level and en masse. A mass trauma of negative charged emotion is exemplified by your world wars. Your WWII was indeed a recurring bleed-over of the Atlantean conflict between the Aryans and Poseidons. Your current wars in the Middle East are a recurrence of the Crusades.
At some point mankind will simply realize the waste and futility of such conflict. You will in time learn that war will never end by hating war. Rather war will end by loving peace. Such is the power of love, it is far far more potent than hate.
This is a perfect example of past life trauma occurring and osmotically effecting the present in the simultaneous NOW. If that probable past is faced and deliberately changed, it can and will eliminate the panic disorder and the resulting neurosis. It does so by changing the past. When you rescript your past and change the experience of the past, the fear behind it is eliminated. It is as if the trauma never occurred, and that is exactly what happens. This is but one example. So irregardless of the specific details, all of you have traumas in the past that can and will be altered in order for you to gain the perfection required in enlightened co creation within Quantum Consciousness. Do not be dismayed, this is quite do-able, and in a subconscious level you have done it many times in dream state. We assure you it can consciously be done in the Mer-Ka-Na within the NOW state of Quantum Consciousness.
And precisely because the past, present and future exist simultaneously, there is no reason why you cannot react to an event and alter it whether or not it happens to fall within the limited scope of reality in which you normally participate. You have the ability to remove trauma from the past, and from an over view that is the final completing portion of the lesson and a part of why you chose the experience in the first place.
Time - Dimensional Portals
Now, the LeMurians who escaped the islands of Mu going into the inner realms of the Earth did not simply do so by spelunking. They did not suddenly find a cave and venture deeper and deeper into it until they stumbled upon a vast inner world chasm. Rather they entered into a different program of the Omni Earth precisely by gathering in a Dimensional-Time Gate coordinate portal and raising their frequency through intent and self-mastery in order to shift into another hologram. This process was also followed in a far more scientific protocol and technique by the Atlanteans of the Golden Era, and for different purpose. The LeMurians relied primarily on natural time gate vectors; whereas the Atlanteans had sophisticated devices and crystals that created time gates. Yet both required Mastery of the Self to raise the vibratory level to different frequencies.
Many humans have experienced the dimensional gate aspects of Arkansas, Shasta and the Grand Tetons, and have read of Guy Ballard's (Founder of the IAM Movement) exploits with the Beloved Saint Germaine and the Ascended Masters in the Etheric Light Cities above and inside these mountains. Although in truth, these light cities are neither above nor below in a directional sense, rather separate programs occurring in the same spaceless space, and accessed by Dimensional-Portals anchored to the specific energy matrix of these locations. These areas, these etheric light cities are key coding points on your planet. All of you will at some point spend time within them. Consider them graduate schools. There access involves the same mechanism as time gates. Well to visit these areas and exercise consciously what you already know how to do in subconscious dream states. Indeed you visit these areas quite often in dream states.
Closing:
Dear Ones, Those of you that are only now beginning to explore the inner self, and are attempting to digest ideas that may initially seem unrealistic or grandiose in terms of the true nature of the Cosmos, of greater reality, and your true creative power,. As a result you may face conflicts with the status quo programming of the ego mind in 3d. The programming of duality mind will tell you that this is fantasy, and stir doubts that inhibit your movement to greater truth. Remember what you mentally accept, what your mindset believes, is projected into your reality manifestation.
So it may be appropriate for you to acknowledge that you do not consciously as yet realize the depths of your whole Beingness. So Masters widen your system of belief and adjust the mental parameters. When you do this your goals and indeed your challenges will automatically expand for greater good. The Truths we share with you in this moment can be used to embellish wisdom and expatiate your inner horizons toward an ennobling path of discovery, knowledge and wisdom. You will find that this is a direction that, when doubt is removed, empowers you on the homeward journey that your inner self has already paved for you. Discernment is always necessary, so listen closely to the inner voice, and do not allow fear or doubt of the ego-mind to block the divine inner guidance that will lead you home.
The ability to become unfixed in time, and indeed navigate within it, has a succinct utility that serves the integral healing of the whole self within multidimensionality. Certain areas on your planet make accessing the time holograms and multidimensional aspects somewhat easier. Grimes Point, Grand Tetons, Arkansas and Mount Shasta are among the most potent of these in North America. Globally, Titikaka, Roslyn, Montserrat, Giza, Minas Gerais Brazil, Gobi, Lake Baikal and Mt Fuji are among the most potent. This is due to the frequencial energies that are exuded within these portals. Yet it can be achieved in Mer-Ka-Na field at any point. No event is 'written in stone' nor predestined. Any given event can be changed not only before and during but after its occurrence. Scripting your future and changing the past remains one of the final challenges for many of you, and no time is more potent than NOW.
